Co.Vita is an innovative 12-month cohousing initiative crafted specifically for older adults aged 65 to 85. Far from a traditional nursing home, Co.Vita offers a vibrant, independent lifestyle and will eventually take shape as a three-building community designed to foster connection, well-being, and freedom. At Co.Vita, residents enjoy full autonomy — just like they would in a hotel or private residence.
